When will I receive my order?

Can I receive my order in a week or less?
It is possible to rush some orders. There is a rush processing fee and you will need to upgrade to priority shipping. I will not take orders without at least a "day to spare." That means your order will need to arrive at least a day before your event to account for any outside delays.

How are orders packaged and shipped?
All orders are shipped in an rigid 9" x 11.5" document mailer or cardboard box to ensure they are protected and arrive in mint condition. Most our packaging is also recyclable.

Custom and personalized orders
I LOVE custom orders. Please contact me with any request. Just send me your inspiration like an invitation or picture and I will create something you will love!

If your order is a personalized item, something like changing colors of the name is usually simple and free.

Other changes that involve changing materials i.e. glitter paper instead of matte, require a small custom fee based on the extent of the change.
